Patient is 60 years or older

Patient is under 60 years

SBP ≥140 or DBP ≥90 mmHg

Both SBP <140 and DBP <90 mmHg

Any unilateral weakness of face, arm, or leg

Speech disturbance without weakness

Including sensory symptoms, visual loss, or vertigo

Symptoms lasted 60 minutes or longer

Symptoms lasted between 10 and 59 minutes

Symptoms resolved within 10 minutes

Known history of diabetes mellitus

No history of diabetes
