Score (%) = (Total Points Obtained / Maximum Potential Points) x 100
Max Potential = (Number of Questions Answered) x 4
Higher scores (closer to 100%) indicate higher functional ability. A score of 100% on the ADL scale does not necessarily imply a 100% on the Sport scale.
