• Short-form assessment of upper extremity disability.
• Monitoring recovery in patients where a 30-item DASH is too burdensome.
• Initial screening for shoulder, elbow, or hand pathologies.

The Minimum Clinically Important Difference for the QuickDASH is approximately 8–10 points.

• At least 10 of the 11 items must be completed for a valid score.
• The score is an indicator of perceived disability-level, not necessarily joint-specific range or strength.
• QuickDASH is slightly more sensitive to ceiling effects in high-performance athletes than the full DASH.

• Score > 40: Indicates significant functional limitation. Priority: ADL modification and basic strength.
• Score 15–30: Moderate limitation. Priority: Sport-specific or occupational-specific movement refinement.
• If SANE score is high but QuickDASH is low, evaluate for task-specific anxiety.
