Pain-free during all sport-specific drills
Full Range of Motion (ROM) symmetric to contralateral side
Strength/Power LSI ≥ 90% (Isokinetic or Dynamometry)
Hop Test Battery LSI ≥ 90% (Triple, Crossover, Side)
Psychological Readiness (ACL-RSI ≥ 60 or equivalent)
Completion of full-speed unrestricted training week
